In my fourth Fitness Journey update, this week brought significant changes due to the ongoing war. I've adapted my workouts to new circumstances while focusing on diet and weight goals. Overcoming challenges, my routine is more flexible, ensuring progress in these challenging times.

My Fitness Journey: 3rd week results

Fitness Journey #3 update! This week had its challenges: disrupted workouts, overeating, and adapting to changes. Despite that, I'm seeing progress. Challenges: establishing a routine and ongoing back issues. I mainly stuck to fish and veggies, with a balanced dinner. Next week, I'll aim for 84 kg.

In Week 1 of my Fitness Journey, it's a trial run. Rapid weight loss, steady motivation, and minor discomfort from an old injury. Work is calm, workouts consistent. Breakfast is coffee, lunch sometimes skipped. Not quite Keto, but low carb. Next week, back care and balanced nutrition."
