Today was a typical morning. I'm still working from home, and my morning workout is in my home gym. I take it easy: waking up at 5:30 AM, performing my morning routine, walking with my dog, and then heading to my home gym.

I weighed 82 kg on the morning scales, hoping last night's big dinner would slow down my weight loss. Surprisingly, I'm losing weight even when eating to my satisfaction. Perhaps people gain weight primarily from sugar only.

After the dog walk, I entered my home gym, where I followed my standard morning workout consisting of two routines of eight sets and a small addition at the end, doing what I could.

There's nothing new to say about the workout, but my legs and shoulders are quite fatigued. I'm relieved that my fourth training week is ending, and I plan to reduce the intensity next week. Rest and recovery are essential.

As additional exercises, I did overhead presses, lateral raises, and two bicep exercises.

I considered trying intermittent fasting for the second day in a row but decided to give my tired muscles a break.

As always, breakfast is at 8 AM. I brewed coffee and had some cheese. Since I didn't prepare anything yesterday, it's on my to-do list today.

After checking my work progress, I found an hour to go to the store and buy groceries.

In recent days, good changes have occurred. Gyms, pools, and various activities have reopened. My kids are returning to their training, but now I have to drop them off and pick them up at different hours. For example, both kids have training sessions until 8 p.m. today.

I was so busy with cooking and work at lunchtime that I forgot about my second workout.

Around 1:30 p.m., I finally had the opportunity to eat. I made lavash with tahini and my pickled salmon. I ate at the computer, which I don't like, and likely overate, making me feel heavy for the rest of the day.

To stay awake, I had two cups of coffee with dark chocolate and nuts and finished my workday.

I didn't have time for my second workout today, even though my ab workout would have been beneficial.

Instead, I had to care for the kids, prepare dinner, and finish my work. Both kids have evening training sessions today, so my wife and I had dinner alone.

Despite a substantial lunch, I made a large four-egg omelet with cheese and bits of chicken sausage for dinner. I added some fresh onions and basil on top. I had a variety of oven-roasted vegetables as a side dish.
