Today, I woke up again at 5:30 AM and went through my morning routine. I walked my dog a bit longer than usual and headed to the home gym at around 6:30 AM. I started with dynamic warm-ups and followed with five sets of 7 pull-ups, 14 push-ups, and 20 squats, all of it just to warm up and to be ready for a proper workout when my regular gym reopens.

My workout began with leg exercises, super-setting leg curls, and extensions. Then, I did knee adductions and abductions, which have become a tradition in my leg workouts. Next, I did GHDs and lunges, completing five rounds to finish my leg workout.

I performed two bench presses in different directions today and wrapped up the session with seated rows.

The workout was relatively short but intense, focusing on fewer heavy-weight exercises.

For breakfast, I had just coffee. I quickly got to work, knowing it would be a challenging day.

At 11 AM, I managed to do a load of laundry and went out to the balcony to hang it up. I combined this with my second workout in a CrossFit EMOM style. I did 15 rounds, each consisting of 10 push-ups, 20 squats, and 10 dumbbell rows in a bent-over position, all within 2 minutes, and in the remaining time for rest, I hung out the laundry.

At lunch, I prepared two cups of coffee and then drank mineral water. Today, I'm observing intermittent fasting for more than 22 hours.

In the evening, I had a lot of work and couldn't manage to do my usual evening workout, so I was thankful for my midday training.

As per my usual intermittent fasting day, where I only consume fluids, I indulged in a big dinner. I weighed myself before dinner and registered less than 81 kilograms.

While this might be good for someone aiming for quick weight loss, it's not my goal, and I understand that rapid weight gain or loss isn't a healthy approach.

Today is a celebration for my eldest daughter and me. We're grilling kebabs. I took prepared lavash, sprinkled cheese on it, and heated it until it melted. Separately, I made a three-egg omelet with spices and bacon. When it was ready, I placed it on top of the lavash with cheese. I enjoyed six kebabs, a side of vegetables, and, of course, my usual salad.
