Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last checked in. Finally found some time to share what's been going on with me and what I've been up to lately. As you can tell from the title, I'm checking in midway through another cycle. Today marks the first day of the fourth week of my fat-burning cycle, and my attempt to return to ketosis.

To understand the situation, let me provide some context as to why I'm doing this and what for. Mostly, things have returned to their usual routine. I'm waking up early again, hitting the gym for a strength workout, then heading off to work. Breakfast mostly consists of coffee and cheese. I leave work quite early to chauffeur the kids to their activities and help around the house in the evening while still managing to work remotely. For lunch, I usually treat myself to a small portion of nuts or strawberries with yogurt. Dinner remains my main meal. Before dinner, I either take my dog for a walk or do a quick stretching routine at my home gym focusing on flexibility and back muscles.

But enough about that. Let's talk about today. I woke up at 4:40 AM, brushed my teeth, washed up, and had my Adrenal cocktail. Everything is done swiftly so I can take my dog for a walk by 5 AM. During the walk, I study English; my proficiency is still lacking, but I'm working on it. After returning home, I pack my bags, hop in the car, and drive to the gym. By 6 AM, I'm already waiting at the gym doors. My workout lasts about 70 minutes (1 hour and 10 minutes). I've been trying to shorten it to an hour, but it's proving difficult. I train every muscle group, starting from legs, then chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Afterward, I shower, change, and head to work.

Work is pretty intense today, with plenty of tasks both work-related and personal that I need to attend to. I'll share more about the personal matters once they settle in my mind.

At work, I grab a coffee and five slices of 28% cheese. Each slice is about 15-20 grams, so that's around 100 grams of cheese.

I won't bore you with the details of work; let's skip to lunch. I have one date and a big handful of nuts, probably around 100 grams. I don't have many options for nuts, just whatever's available at work, and, of course, more coffee.

As I mentioned earlier, I leave work quite early. Today, I need to drop off my youngest daughter at her swimming lesson. While I'm there, I stop by the supermarket to buy some fruits and berries for myself and the kids. Then I head back home to log back into work and start preparing dinner.

For dinner tonight, my wife and youngest daughter are having oven-baked salmon. They don't eat meat. For myself and my eldest daughter, I'm making grilled kebabs and feta cheese cubes with roasted vegetables. We'll be eating pretty late tonight, as my youngest daughter only gets back from her lesson almost at 7 PM.

As always, I serve myself three plates for dinner. The first plate has a 3-egg omelette and 6 kebabs on a thin low-carbs flatbread. On the second plate, I have an assortment of grilled vegetables. And, of course, a sizable salad. I've reduced the amount of salad I eat in recent weeks.

After dinner, I prepare and publish this post. I'll watch a bit of TV series, then do some reading in English.

I go to bed early these days, keeping a close eye on the quality and quantity of my sleep, which greatly affects my recovery, especially as I've noticed that the quality of my workouts is heavily dependent on sleep as I age.
